Roles and Responsibilities:

• Examine identity and access management services (user access management, privileged access management, authentication and authorization) and recommend improvements to internal systems.
• Conduct requirements gathering for Identity Governance onboarding using workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, and scenarios.
• Translate business requirements into functional requirements and perform peer reviews to ensure correct interpretation and verification.
• Create and maintain process models, specifications, diagrams, and knowledge base articles for IGA processes.
• Support change management by documenting requirements changes, communicating risks/issues, and coordinating with stakeholders and IT/development teams.

Skills Required:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in requirements gathering/analysis within Identity Access Management or Identity Governance.
• SailPoint experience for Identity Governance and onboarding support.
• Identity Access Management (IAM) requirements analysis in the identity and access management space.
• Business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.
• Process modelling and strong communication skills for documenting and presenting requirements to project teams and stakeholders.

Good to Have:

• Automation experience to identify and assist with implementation opportunities.
• Digital transformation exposure in a business workplace context.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
