Description

Analyze identity and access management services to recommend system improvements and support SailPoint Identity Governance onboarding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Examine user access management, privileged access, and authentication services to recommend improvements.
• Conduct requirements gathering for Identity Governance using workshops, surveys, and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and perform peer reviews.
• Create process models, diagrams, and knowledge base articles for IGA processes.
• Support change management by documenting requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in requirements gathering within Identity Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance.
• Hands-on SailPoint experience for Identity Governance and onboarding support.
• Strong skills in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and modeling.
• Ability to create process models and document complex workflows.
• Effective communication skills for presenting requirements to project teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation to identify and assist with implementation opportunities.
• Exposure to digital transformation in a business context.
