Description

You will lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IDAM) solutions using SailPoint IIQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for IDAM solutions, producing logical and physical design artifacts from functional and non-functional requirements.
• Install, configure, customize, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Integrate identity products with target systems including Azure AD, O365, Active Directory, and JDBC, REST, and SOAP applications.
• Design Identity Governance solutions for User Access Reviews (UAR) and role-based access control.
• Manage SailPoint IIQ upgrades and resolve customization issues with the SailPoint product team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ implementations.
• Experience designing solutions using Oracle Identity Manager, Saviynt, Ping, OKTA, or Oracle Access Manager.
• Deep understanding of Access Management and Identity Governance.
• Expertise in end-to-end solution and process design for Privileged Access Management (PAM & PIM).
• Hands-on experience with JDBC, REST, and SOAP based application integration.
• Ability to lead project resources to achieve technical objectives.
• Experience developing audit reports and templates for SOX, PCI, and CPNI compliance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with identity provisioning and governance tool configuration.
