Description

Lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ solutions to build scalable identity governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect SailPoint solutions, including workflows, policies, and access certifications for identity lifecycle management.
• Spearhead application onboarding to ensure rapid, secure integration and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Configure and deploy connectors for on-premises, cloud, and SaaS applications.
• Manage custom rules, scripts, and APIs to extend SailPoint functionalities.
• Collaborate with compliance, HR, and security teams to align IAM solutions with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity governance and administration.
• Deep expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Proven ability to integrate SailPoint with SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Proficiency in writing custom rules and scripts, such as BeanShell.
• Ability to manage API integrations for identity providers.

Preferred Skills

• Optimize existing implementations by leveraging AI/ML features for identity analytics and anomaly detection.
