Description

You will lead the design and architecture of SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ solutions to meet organizational needs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable identity governance frameworks, including workflows, policies, and access certifications.
• Spearhead application onboarding and integration for on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
• Configure and deploy connectors for enterprise applications and integrate with IAM and PAM tools.
• Develop custom rules, BeanShell scripts, and APIs to extend SailPoint functionality.
• Optimize existing implementations by leveraging identity analytics and anomaly detection.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, AWS, and Salesforce.
• Proficiency in BeanShell scripting and API management.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools.
• Experience managing user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control processes.
• Ability to define best practices for application onboarding and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with HR, security, and compliance teams to align identity lifecycle management with organizational standards.
• Any Graduate degree.
