Description

You will design, build, and support the SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM system, ensuring secure architecture and rapid incident resolution in a hybrid cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint IIQ artifacts including applications, workflows, rules, and forms.
• Develop connectors and integrations for enterprise systems like SAP, Ariba, and ServiceNow.
• Analyze and triage IAM incidents, performing root cause analysis and service restoration.
• Manage installation, migration, configuration, and troubleshooting of the IAM platform.
• Gather requirements and translate architecture specifications into low-level component designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing SailPoint IdentityIQ artifacts.
• Production experience with Active Directory and ADFS workloads.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience integrating with SAP, Ariba, FieldGlass, Workday, or ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies including XML, SPML, SOAP, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance regulations.
• Experience with ServiceNow/IdentityIQ Catalog Integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience partnering with Security, HR, and Legal teams on security architecture frameworks.
• Adherence to problem management best practices for rapid resolution.
