You will provide operational support and architectural guidance for Identity and Access Management systems based on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enable IAM policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain connectors and integrations for hybrid cloud environments.
• Build and operate a security architecture framework in partnership with Security, HR, and Legal teams.
• Analyze and triage incidents, focusing on service restoration and root cause analysis.
• Perform installation, migration, configuration, and troubleshooting for IAM systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing SailPoint IIQ artifacts (Applications, Customizations, Email Templates, Workflows, Forms, Rules).
• Hands-on experience with production IIQ, Active Directory, and ADFS workloads.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems such as SAP, Ariba, FieldGlass, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Strong background in problem management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow and IdentityIQ Catalogs.
