Description

You will design and implement SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions within complex enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions tailored to organizational security policies.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, AWS, Azure/Entra, and Okta.
• Lead work-groups to resolve organizational needs throughout the solution life cycle.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for IT staff and business users on identity management practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity management and security.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, including configuration and customization.
• 3 years of hands-on SailPoint system administration experience.
• Proven ability to integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, AWS, Azure/Entra, and Okta.
• Experience designing and implementing SailPoint IGA solutions.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or Architect certification.
• Ability to refine, analyze, and structure data to meet client objectives.

Preferred Skills

• General SailPoint Certification.
