Description

You will design and lead the technical delivery of SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design SailPoint IIQ architecture and manage end-to-end installation, configuration, and administration.
• Own technical delivery for SailPoint programs, including conducting POC and POV sessions based on business requirements.
• Develop custom connectors and scripts to integrate HR, PAM, SSO, and other critical systems.
• Lead technical responses for customer RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes.
• Support audit and compliance activities while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, focusing on identity lifecycle, provisioning, roles, and entitlements.
• Deep proficiency in SailPoint IIQ configuration, customization, and architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java, Beanshell, and Python.
• Hands-on experience developing connectors for AD, LDAP, JDBC, RACF, and delimited files.
• Experience with XML, JSON, HTML, and RESTful APIs for data exchange and integration.
• Proven ability to identify technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Experience integrating identity systems with HR and PAM platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other IGA products such as Microsoft Entra ID or Saviynt.
• Background in DevOps and automation workflows.
