Description

You will architect, deploy, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions in hybrid cloud environments, owning the full lifecycle from integration to governance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Enable IAM policies, standards, and governance within the IdentityIQ platform.
• Develop connectors, integrations, and custom artifacts, including code reviews.
• Perform installation, migration, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IAM implementations.
• Analyze and triage incidents, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Build and maintain the security architecture framework, partnering with Security, HR, and Legal teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing SailPoint IdentityIQ artifacts (Applications, Customizations, Email Templates, Workflows, Forms, Rules).
• Hands-on experience with production IdentityIQ, Active Directory, and ADFS workloads.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow and IdentityIQ Catalogs.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems: SAP, Ariba, FieldGlass, Workday, and ServiceNow.
• Experience with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, and Web Services.
• Strong background in problem management and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance requirements.
