Description

Lead end-to-end SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations, including installation, configuration, and customization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access request workflows using RBAC and ABAC models.
• Integrate SailPoint with HR systems, Active Directory, LDAP, SaaS applications, and custom apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Execute access certification campaigns, Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies, and audit reporting to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop custom rules using BeanShell or JavaScript and optimize identity aggregation and reconciliation processes.
• Serve as the technical SME to guide development teams, conduct architectural reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM and identity governance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ configuration, administration, and deployment.
• Expertise in User Lifecycle Management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes).
• Deep knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, and entitlement management.
• Proficiency with AD, LDAP, JDBC, and REST/SOAP APIs for application onboarding.
• Strong ability to develop custom SailPoint workflows and rules.
• Proven experience in identity aggregation, correlation, and reconciliation.
• Ability to design SOD policies and manage access certification campaigns.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Certified Architect certification.
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud IAM (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta).
• Knowledge of PAM and MFA.
