Description

Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow solutions to meet client objectives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4 and IdentityNow solutions following industry best practices.
• Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations using Java, BeanShell, and APIs.
• Lead IAM projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with clients to translate business objectives into actionable IAM strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and establish sustainable IAM processes to support compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ 8.4 or IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, and SQL.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Experience with authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of delivering IAM solutions in a consulting capacity.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint certification.
