You will design and implement identity governance solutions across enterprise applications and departments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy SailPoint integration solutions to coordinate applications across organizational units.
• Evaluate existing systems to define precise integration requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Optimize development efforts by reusing existing components and architectural patterns.
• Support management in build versus buy decision-making processes for identity management tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint development and implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java for custom identity logic and integrations.
• Proven experience working within finance or banking environments, understanding strict compliance and security requirements.
• Ability to manage application coordination across multiple enterprise departments.
• Experience evaluating and integrating diverse enterprise systems with identity platforms.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in similar identity governance roles.
