You will design and implement identity governance solutions to meet internal business requirements within an agile environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within SailPoint IIQ.
• Analyze, design, and implement complex identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
• Conduct system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Manage user lifecycle management, application onboarding, and access reviews.
• Evaluate environments to identify security, operational, and functional enhancements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of development experience with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint Identity Now.
• 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Extensive experience in identity governance, RBAC, and separation of duties.
• Proficiency in Java, Bean shell, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs and relational databases.
• Integration experience with Workday, Active Directory, Entra AD (B2B/B2C), M365, ServiceNow, and SAP.
• Experience with cloud access management including AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SailPoint Identity Now and migrations to the platform.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
