Description

You will develop and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, owning the full lifecycle from application onboarding to release management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including connectors, integration rules, correlation rules, and provisioning policies.
• Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) structures, including business, IT, and organizational roles, alongside Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
• Execute and manage identity governance processes such as user access certifications, targeted reviews, and compliance audits.
• Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows for user onboarding, transfers, deactivation, and dormancy management.
• Manage source code in Git and Bitbucket, deploying changes via Bamboo pipelines and tracking tasks in Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• Strong hands-on development and support experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in Java, MySQL, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Experience with Active Directory, JDBC, and delimited file application onboarding.
• Familiarity with RSA Aveska, NetIQ Identity Manager, or other IAM platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot provisioning failures and perform root cause analysis using logs.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and service request management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM environments in Banking, Financial Services, Electronics, or Payment domains.
