Description

You will develop and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ solutions to manage identity and access lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SailPoint Identity IQ solutions using Java Beanshell to enhance and troubleshoot existing code.
• Implement full lifecycle processes including user provisioning, role management, and access reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex issues within the SailPoint Identity IQ environment and provide timely resolutions.
• Respond to incidents and service requests related to the IAM environment to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Proficiency in Java Beanshell for writing and maintaining complex code.
• Deep understanding of user provisioning, role-based access control, and access review processes.
• Experience working within Agile team processes and methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage incident response and resolve technical issues swiftly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical concepts to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Identity IQ certification.
• Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and integrations.
