Description

You will own SailPoint IdentityNow development and support tasks. You will read logs to diagnose failures and improve the release pipeline. This role supports a growing development team with an evolving operating model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN) solutions.
• Read and analyze logs to identify root causes of failures.
• Provide technical support for existing SailPoint implementations.
• Collaborate with the team to adapt to changing operating models.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).
• 1-2 years of hands-on SailPoint development experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration failures via log analysis.
• Experience with SailPoint IDM (not IIQ).
• Availability to work EST hours.
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in remote or offshore teams.
