Description

You will design, develop, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure application onboarding, access requests, approvals, and access certifications.
• Design and code workflows, custom tasks, connectors, UI pages, and reports within SailPoint.
• Manage identity lifecycle flows including joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Implement Segregation of Duty rules and role-based access controls for automated provisioning.
• Configure direct connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Mainframe.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and IdentityNow.
• Hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations.
• Proficiency in configuring LCM workflows and managing workgroups.
• Experience with direct connector management for Active Directory and LDAP.
• Ability to design and maintain flowchart diagrams and process workflows.
• Strong functional knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and complex technical deployments.
• Knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience in software product implementation.
• Any graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
