Description

Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow solutions for enterprise security and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SailPoint platforms, including workflows, rules, connectors, and provisioning logic.
• Implement RBAC, access reviews, separation of duties, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, databases, cloud applications, and internal APIs.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues, including access provisioning and integration failures.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and documentation for all configurations.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience, with 5+ years in IAM and 4+ years in SailPoint development.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x+) or IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience developing custom connectors, rules, and workflows.
• Deep understanding of access certification, entitlement management, and provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Knowledge of identity protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements such as SOX and HIPAA.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint certification (Developer, IdentityIQ Engineer, or IdentityNow).
• Experience with Azure, AWS, and SaaS integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and NIST frameworks.
