Sailpoint Developer

We are seeking a skilled Sailpoint Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Sailpoint Developer - Enhancement. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in identity management solutions, particularly with Sailpoint IIQ. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Sailpoint IIQ.

- Develop, customize, and enhance Sailpoint IIQ solutions to meet specific business needs.

- Implement and configure Sailpoint IIQ modules such as IdentityNow, IdentityIQ, and Identity Manager.

- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Work on integrating Sailpoint with other systems and applications to streamline identity governance processes.

- Provide technical support, guidance, and training to junior developers or team members as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in identity management and Sailpoint technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 4 to 8 years of experience working with Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts.

- Proficiency in Java programming and scripting languages such as BeanShell, PowerShell, or Python.

- Experience with connectors, workflows, and rules within Sailpoint IIQ.

- Knowledge of integrating Sailpoint with other systems using technologies like RESTful APIs and LDAP.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Sailpoint certification (preferred but not required).
