Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and configure SailPoint solutions to support identity governance and access management requirements.
• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow capabilities for identity lifecycle and governance workflows.
• Work on SailPoint IIQ development and enhancements, including building and updating identity governance components.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand access governance needs and translate them into SailPoint configurations and solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and ensure reliable operation of SailPoint environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvements by refining governance processes and development practices within SailPoint implementations.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development and configuration
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow implementation and administration
• Good understanding of identity governance and access management concepts
• Experience in identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and policy management
• Experience in developing and maintaining SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting SailPoint issues in production environments
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements
• Basic knowledge of databases such as MySQL for query and support tasks
• Experience in integration of SailPoint with enterprise applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Relevant experience in SailPoint development and identity governance implementations (degree details not specified)
