Description

You will develop and configure SailPoint solutions to support identity governance and access management requirements across IIQ and IdentityNow environments.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow capabilities for identity lifecycle and governance workflows.
• Develop and enhance SailPoint IIQ components, including building and updating identity governance rules and connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate access governance needs into specific SailPoint configurations.
• Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, and ensure reliable operation of SailPoint environments.
• Refine governance processes and development practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain with 5+ years of relevant work.
• Hands-on development and configuration experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
• Implementation and administration experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in MySQL for database queries and support tasks.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes).
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and policy management.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot SailPoint issues in production environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating SailPoint with various enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
