Description

You will develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow for enterprise IAM operations. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure SailPoint components including Lifecycle Management (LCM), certifications, and role definitions.
• Onboard applications, build custom connectors, and customize workflows and rules.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, cloud platforms, and SaaS systems.
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues, connector errors, certification processes, and identity lifecycle events.
• Support IAM operations, audits, and compliance requirements while maintaining technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3–7 years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Beanshell scripting.
• Advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience working with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of SailPoint connector frameworks.
• Proven track record in application onboarding and identity lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Okta, Ping, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and cloud IAM solutions.
• Understanding of SOX, NIST, and ISO compliance standards.
