Description

You will design, develop, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including workflows, rules, forms, and reports, while managing joiner–mover–leaver processes and custom connectors for enterprise systems like AD, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and Workday. You will build access certifications, enforce SoD policies and RBAC, troubleshoot provisioning and synchronization issues, and support environment patching and performance optimization. You will collaborate with application owners to onboard new applications, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and maintain solution documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy IdentityIQ components, workflows, and reports.
• Implement and maintain JML processes and custom connectors.
• Build access certifications, SoD policies, and role-based access controls.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, and synchronization issues.
• Support environment patching, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (v7.x or v8.x).
• Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, XML, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance concepts including provisioning, aggregation, and policy enforcement.
• Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience debugging, performance tuning, and error handling within IIQ.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for IAM code deployment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer / Developer certification.
• Experience with IdentityNow or hybrid IAM environments.
• Exposure to security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOX.
