Description

You will lead the end-to-end implementation and architecture of Identity Management and Access Governance solutions for large-scale corporate environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SailPoint IIQ technical architectures and greenfield implementations.
• Develop custom rules, workflows, and Joiner, Leaver, and Mover processes.
• Build custom connectors and integrate complex applications for provisioning and reconciliation.
• Manage SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patching, and Standard Services Deployment (SSD).
• Lead technical implementation teams through requirement gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity and Access Governance.
• Expertise in SailPoint IIQ (V7.2 or V8.0) with command-level coding capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing SailPoint IIQ integrations with diverse applications.
• Experience with Out of the Box connectors including Active Directory (Multi Forest), Workday, and JDBC.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Direct and SAP GRC integrations.
• Ability to lead technical teams and interface directly with multi-disciplinary client stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating with Okta, CyberArk, or SiteMinder.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
