Description

You will design, implement, and maintain identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full identity lifecycle, including joiner, mover, and leaver processes and role management.
• Provide maintenance support for IAM deployments across various source and target systems.
• Lead technical upgrades by refactoring code, configuring solutions, and managing connector integrations.
• Implement technical best practices for code management, automated integration, and deployment.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs through dashboard preparation, reporting, and issue escalation management.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in IAM with a focus on delivery management for large teams.
• Strong engineering experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM and Okta.
• Deep understanding of identity lifecycle management and role management concepts.
• Experience aligning tools, automation, and cloud platforms with business transformation roadmaps.
• Ability to work with business SMEs to drive service compliance and maturity.
• Proven track record in technical project delivery and team guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging SailPoint functionalities to drive business process improvements.
