You will design, architect, and maintain identity management solutions to support the full identity lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement identity governance workflows including provisioning, role management, and user access certifications.
• Manage complex ICAM projects, providing scoping and technical advisory services.
• Operate identity management solutions to support compliance, access requests, and multi-factor authentication.
• Apply zero trust security models and adaptive access policies across desktop and mobile devices.
• Optimize business processes through technical analysis and implementation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Okta.
• Hands-on experience with SCIM, SOAP, REST, and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of federal ICAM directives including HSPD-12, PIV/CAC, FIO1, FICAM, NIST SP 800-53, and FISMA.
• Understanding of cloud computing models such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Experience with zero trust security models and mobile computing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
