Description

You will manage and support SailPoint IdentityIQ environments, focusing on development, configuration, and production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage connector onboarding for built-in and custom connectors, including application, before, and after provisioning rules.
• Configure and maintain workflows, lifecycle events, rules, custom reports, certifications, and scheduled tasks.
• Execute production deployments, bug fixes, and reconciliation processes.
• Handle incident and problem management while communicating directly with customers to resolve issues.
• Perform customizations and upgrades for SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SailPoint development and support.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE (Servlet, JSP, and JDBC), and HTML.
• Strong ability to develop and execute SQL queries.
• Working knowledge of Unix, WebLogic, and SSL certificates.
• Experience with connector management and reconciliation.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IdentityAI SaaS applications.
