Description

You will lead the deployment and maintenance of SailPoint identity management solutions in secure government environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and sustain SailPoint identity management solutions to meet client objectives.
• Execute tasks aligned with statements of work with minimal supervision.
• Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and escalation of complex issues.
• Document project progress, technical challenges, and resolutions.
• Mentor Associate and Level I Engineers on best practices.

Required Skills

• Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph (Full-Scope Poly preferred).
• 8+ years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience deploying and sustaining SailPoint identity management solutions.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Cybersecurity expertise including identity, SIEM, infrastructure, FAR, DFAARs, CUI, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
• Security certification such as CISSP, Security+, or CASP.
• Demonstrated team leadership experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience serving as a technical lead in client engagements.
