You will build automation to translate compliance requirements into accurate data pipelines for distributed directory services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement an automation framework for distributed directory services in partnership with IAM experts.
• Assess workflow opportunities for automation by evaluating resource optimization, complexity, and cost-effectiveness.
• Craft technical and process documentation, including deployment diagrams and account creation flow charts.
• Generate reports to satisfy various audit and compliance needs.
• Assist in quarterly access reviews to enforce the principle of least privilege.

Required Skills

• 3-10 years of development experience with a foundational understanding of security concepts.
• Experience developing in stacks including SQL, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell Scripting, and YAML.
• Solid understanding of the HTTP protocol and proven ability in REST API Development.
• Experience with identity repositories like Active Directory, Okta, Azure AD, or SailPoint, especially accessing logs.
• Direct experience as an administrator of an IAM system (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD).
• General grasp of authentication, authorization, role-based access, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical details and drive conversations with partner teams.
