Description

You will manage the development, operation, and production support of SailPoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute user access certification campaigns, including validation and activation.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on provisioning failures and implement long-term fixes.
• Manage monitoring and alerting for key controls to support audit walkthroughs and evidence collection.
• Support the onboarding of new applications and partner with product teams to develop solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in development and operations.
• Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proficiency in Java and Java Bean Shell.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and reporting.
• Experience working in Unix environments.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Experience with production support and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work with end-user support and audit teams.
