Description

You will support Identity Access Management (IAM) needs by working on the SailPoint identity platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform end-to-end root cause analysis for IAM systems.
• Identify provisioning failures and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Manage user access certification activations, validations, and certificate modifications.
• Support the onboarding of new applications and integrate IT RBAC roles within SailPoint.
• Establish application monitoring and alerting for key controls and assist with audit control walkthroughs.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SailPoint or another Identity, Governance, and Administration (IGA) tool.
• 4+ years of experience in Java or Python, with heavy emphasis on Beanshell coding.
• 4+ years of general Information Technology experience.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud computing and AWS.
• Experience working with REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management).
• Experience managing identity in large-scale environments.
• Proficiency in PROD support and ITIL processes.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Java and SailPoint applications.
• 5+ years of experience troubleshooting SailPoint workflows and customizations.
• 3+ years of experience with Role Based Access Controls (RBAC).
