You will manage and execute enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management programs within large-scale environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance proprietary frameworks to enable enterprise IAM programs and holistic user profiling.
• Design and manage authentication, provisioning/deprovisioning, role management, and access governance workflows.
• Implement IAM solutions covering session management, password vaulting, privilege account management, and API management.
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve critical production issues and provide guidance on IAM product compatibility.
• Guide project leads in planning, tracking, and administration while delivering management reporting to drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint and SailPoint IIQ.
• Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including provisioning and user flows.
• Proven experience managing Joiner/Leaver flows.
• Strong LDAP concepts and experience working with directory servers.
• Technical proficiency with Active Directory, OpenDJ, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience with Oracle and ForgeRock.
• Ability to code in Java for technical tasks.
• Strong analyst skills for gathering and documenting requirements and workflows.
• Experience implementing IAM solutions for multi-territory or large-scale environments.
