Description

Own the engineering, deployment, and support of the SailPoint File Access Manager (FAM) platform, serving as the subject matter expert for identity provisioning and access management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, and deploy SailPoint FAM solutions for provisioning and identity management.
• Integrate business systems and applications into the SailPoint platform with internal and external partners.
• Translate security and business requirements into enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs.
• Provide third-line escalation support, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving vendor-related technical problems.
• Create system documentation, support guides, and automate processes to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience in IAM, with 5+ years specifically on SailPoint FAM implementation and administration.
• Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, JSP/Servlets, Python, Perl, SQL, or PL/SQL.
• Experience integrating with Oracle, SQL Server, and web technologies like RESTful APIs, JSON, and Tomcat/JBoss.
• Deep understanding of IAM standards including SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos, SCIM, and SSO.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Unix Shell, PowerShell, or Batch across Windows, Linux, and AIX environments.
• Knowledge of directory integrations (Active Directory, Virtual Directories) and virtualization (VMware, HyperV).
• Ability to oversee external consultants and review code and designs for compliance and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fast-paced, complex global environments with multiple third-party IAM solutions.
• Strong communication skills to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
