Description

Lead the implementation, administration, and optimization of SailPoint IdentityIQ environments for identity lifecycle management.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Lifecycle Event coding, lifecycle phases, and LCM/LCE workflows.
• Build and maintain SailPoint connectors including Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, and delimited files.
• Configure and integrate IdentityIQ with ServiceNow, managing identity cubes and attribute mappings.
• Implement role management and Segregation of Duties (SOD) policies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and monitor IIQ and PROD server health, tasks, and custom processes.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ technologies and features.
• Strong development skills in Java and BeanShell.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, SCIM, JDBC, and delimited file connectors.
• Practical experience configuring IdentityIQ and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and CyberArk environments.
• Proven track record managing production identity infrastructure.
