Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for SailPoint implementation and support, managing the full SDLC from requirements to production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and onboard applications in SailPoint to meet IAM requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, release, and production support.
• Develop and customize solutions, applying enhancements and suggesting scalable approaches to improve efficiency.
• Debug system issues to ensure functional stability and reduce orphan account counts.
• Produce technical and business documentation while providing proactive status updates and risk escalation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SailPoint engineering and implementation.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer certification.
• Expertise in core Java development.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management with DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience with IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, and provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with Access Reviews and Certifications in SailPoint.
• Experience working with directory services such as Active Directory or LDAP.

Preferred Skills

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Solution Architect certification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
• Experience with Okta, IBM Security Identity Manager, or Security Access Manager.
