Description

You will lead the strategy, design, and execution of enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions to reduce identity risk.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate the IAM strategic roadmap to align projects with enterprise security controls and user experience.
• Drive architecture requirements for the entire SDLC and translate business needs into engineering goals.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex enhancements and the integration of new applications.
• Partner with technology vendors on strategic roadmapping, technology evaluations, and design reviews.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture decisions and resolve critical system issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IAM working on complex, large-scale enterprise projects and programs.
• Hands-on experience with vendor solutions including SailPoint, Saviynt, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta, Varonis, or CyberArk.
• Proven expertise in configuring and deploying SSO, MFA, IGA, and PAM solutions.
• Deep technical knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, OpenID, XACML, and LDAP.
• Proficiency with technical stacks including JSON, REST, MS SQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Experience managing environments involving Websphere, Weblogic, Jboss, Windows, and Linux.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and communicate technical solutions to senior leadership.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web and application servers such as IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, and Apache.
