Description

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise identity and access management solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop identity governance solutions by onboarding applications via REST API, LDAP, database, or standard connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical identity and access management issues.
• Collaborate with application support teams to extend governance capabilities using custom connectors.
• Create technical documentation covering configuration specifics and operational procedures.
• Provide high-level estimates for project tasks and assist with planning and delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing and implementing identity management solutions.
• 4+ years of SME-level experience with SailPoint or OIM.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, and access reviews/certifications.
• Hands-on experience onboarding external applications and creating custom connectors.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, OpenLDAP, Azure AD, and ADFS integration with IGA tools.
• Experience implementing solutions using OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, WS-Fed, and MFA.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise integrations.
• Strong project planning and estimation skills.
