Description

You will manage digital identities and access entitlements using SailPoint IdentityNow. You own the design and implementation of governance processes, SSO, and automated lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement identity governance processes, access review workflows, and certification campaigns to maintain compliance.
• Manage the full user lifecycle, including automated onboarding, provisioning, and deprovisioning integrated with HR systems.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation using SAML and other authentication mechanisms.
• Configure and integrate SailPoint IdentityNow with various IT systems, applications, and directories through custom workflows and connectors.
• Execute identity analytics to detect security risks, anomalous user behavior, and identity-related threats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enforcing least privilege principles.
• Experience configuring identity federation and SAML integration.
• Ability to design and manage access certification and remediation workflows.
• Knowledge of automating user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
• Experience with identity analytics and risk-based access controls.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with custom connectors for SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Knowledge of HR system integrations for automated provisioning.
