Description

You will own the configuration and implementation of SailPoint's LCM product within an IAM transformation program.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate over 2,000 applications into SailPoint.
• Configure application access requests, workflows, and complex LCM processes.
• Implement preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rules.
• Design and maintain process workflows, documentation, and security policy implementations.
• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint (IIQ or IdentityNow).
• Hands-on experience configuring complex LCM workflows, workgroups, and direct connectors.
• Experience implementing Segregation of Duty rules and role-based access controls.
• Knowledge of automating provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
• Proficiency with Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Competency using Invisio, Confluence, Jira, and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience training and mentoring team members on SailPoint IdentityNow.
