What's the Job?

• Perform Level 3 engineering tasks as an IAM Engineer, supporting identity and access management systems through hands-on implementation and troubleshooting.
• Support SailPoint engineering activities, including setup and configuration of IQ and VA servers.
• Apply intimate knowledge of IGA and LCM to support identity governance and lifecycle management workflows.
• Implement and support SCIM integration to enable automated provisioning and synchronization.
• Convert business requirements into technical design and implement solutions that meet operational and security needs.

What's Needed?

• At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint (IIQ), with SailPoint ISC preferred.
• Knowledge of SailPoint MIS and Entro modules for discovery and management is a plus.
• Experience with identity governance and lifecycle management, including IGA and LCM.
• Ability to perform SCIM integration work and support end-to-end provisioning flows.
• Demonstrated capability to translate business requirements into design and implementation plans
