Description

Configure and implement SailPoint LCM to drive the IAMO transformation program, migrating over 2,000 applications and optimizing Identity Governance and Administration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate 2,000+ applications into SailPoint.
• Configure application access requests, workflows, and complex LCM processes.
• Implement preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rules.
• Train and mentor team members on SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Collaborate with IT engineering to drive solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint (IIQ or IdentityNow).
• Hands-on experience automating provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Proficiency with IdentityNow.
• Experience configuring complex LCM workflows, workgroups, and direct connectors.
• Expertise in Segregation of Duty rules and role-based access controls.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Invisio, and Excel.
• Ability to translate technical issues to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Design and maintain process workflows, documentation, and security policy implementations.
• Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes.
