Description

You own the enterprise IAM strategy and architecture, leading SailPoint modernization initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise IAM strategy aligned with business, security, and compliance objectives.
• Design scalable SailPoint architectures (IdentityIQ / IdentityNow) for complex environments.
• Lead end-to-end SailPoint implementations, designing lifecycle management, access workflows, and RBAC/ABAC.
• Oversee integrations with Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive identity governance programs supporting SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
• 6+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow).
• Proven track record of large-scale SailPoint implementations in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow architecture and configuration.
• Proficiency with Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, JSON, and XML for customization.
• Experience with directory services including AD, LDAP, Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Familiarity with IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth X.X, OpenID Connect, SCIM.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust and identity-first security models.
• Experience integrating with Workday, SAP, Oracle, and SuccessFactors.
