You will support and maintain the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) system built on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and triage incidents, prioritizing service restoration and root cause analysis.
• Develop custom connectors, integrations, rules, workflows, and forms for SailPoint IIQ.
• Translate architecture specifications into low-level component designs and identify required customizations.
• Perform installation, migration, configuration, and maintenance of the IAM implementation.
• Gather requirements and develop use cases for IAM architecture and process development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting IAM functions in large enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ systems.
• 2+ years of experience writing and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors.
• 2+ years of experience developing custom forms in SailPoint IIQ.
• 2+ years of experience developing role assignment rules based on attributes.
• Hands-on experience with production IIQ, Active Directory, and ADFS workloads.
• Knowledge of Java, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, and Web Services.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SOX and PCI compliance regulations.
