Description

Design and manage the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) program using SailPoint IdentityNow. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions to integrate in-house, third-party, and SaaS applications for lifecycle management.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical architectures and lead design sessions.
• Engineer technical configuration changes and develop custom connectors between IAM tools and system resources.
• Build systems to enforce least privilege and enhance compliance requirements.
• Maintain the SailPoint IDN solution and develop documentation for ongoing operations and problem resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow (IDN).
• Proven experience designing and implementing IAM integration for SaaS and third-party applications.
• Ability to develop custom connectors between IAM tools and system resources.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical architecture.
• Bachelor's degree.
