Description

Design and implement complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions for large-scale enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Architect IAM/IGA solutions across various industry verticals, ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead technical teams to meet critical deadlines and manage high-pressure implementation scenarios.
• Implement SailPoint solutions with a focus on access reviews, certifications, and automated provisioning.
• Develop and support J2EE products and integrated identity systems using Java.
• Provide Level 3 support for SailPoint environments, resolving complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of total experience in IAM support and implementation.
• Minimum 6 years of Level 3 implementation and support specifically for SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong background in Java development and J2EE products.
• Deep understanding of IAM concepts including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Provisioning.
• Experience with Application and Web Servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• IAM certification in SailPoint, Saviynt, or MS Entra.
• Expertise in configuring SailPoint Access Reviews and certification workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Saviynt or MS Entra identity governance platforms.
• Background in supporting identity systems across multiple industry verticals.
