Description

You will work as a DevSecOps engineer on the IAM Design and Solutioning team to design and implement automation solutions for identity and access management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions to manage digital identities for employees, contractors, and partners.
• Maintain and manage identity lifecycles using SailPoint IdentityNow and AWS services.
• Ensure all IAM processes remain compliant with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents under pressure.
• Mentor junior team members within the engineering group.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting automation solutions.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, provisioning, access reviews, and certifications.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD.
• Experience working with AWS Step Functions and Lambda.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
