Description

Manage and support SailPoint IdentityNow implementations, architecture, and virtual appliance integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow architecture and virtual appliance integrations.
• Develop and manage workflows, forms, IdentityNow transforms, and cloud rules.
• Execute bulk operations using shell scripting and support application/web servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).
• Manage access reviews and certifications within the SailPoint platform.
• Provide direct customer-facing support for IdentityNow deployments.

Required Skills

• SailPoint IdentityNow Professional or Engineer certification (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• 3+ years of experience in SailPoint development, support, or implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and shell scripting.
• Advanced Java debugging skills.
• Deep understanding of LDAP concepts and hands-on experience with LDAP directories.
• Experience developing or supporting J2EE products.
