Description

You will implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for large-scale enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions across various industry verticals.
• Manage IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, provisioning, and health checks.
• Develop and support workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents under pressure.
• Execute bulk operations using shell scripting, transforms, and cloud rules.

Required Skills

• SailPoint IdentityNow Professional or Engineer Certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint development, support, or implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE and Java debugging.
• Experience with IdentityNow architecture and Virtual appliance integrations.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and other scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with LDAP concepts and directory services.
• Experience with Application/Web Servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with shell scripting for automated bulk operations.
