Description

You will manage and implement SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for medium to large-scale customers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityNow across various industry verticals.
• Manage IAM concepts including JML, RBAC, provisioning, and health checks.
• Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and other SailPoint IDM components.
• Perform bulk operations using shell scripting, transforms, and cloud rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents under pressure.

Required Skills

• Active SailPoint IdentityNow Certification (Professional or Engineer) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint development, support, or implementation.
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and XML.
• Deep understanding of IdentityNow architecture and Virtual appliance integrations.
• Extensive experience with LDAP concepts and directory services.
• Strong Java debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Application/Web Servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
